Hand board model is an essential process of product R & D. hand board production can quickly verify the rationality of product appearance, structure and performance. In terms of processing technology, the hand model includes 3D printing, CNC hand model and silica gel compound model. Compared with CNC hand board, they have better product performance and accuracy, so they are a commonly used hand board model making process. 1、編程。編程是手板模型制作的一步，編程人員會(huì)先將客戶提供過(guò)來(lái)的的3D模型，進(jìn)行編寫(xiě)成控制數(shù)控加工的程序語(yǔ)言。

1. Programming. Programming is a step in the production of hand model. Programmers will first write the 3D model provided by customers into a program language to control NC machining.

2、CNC加工。就是將程序語(yǔ)言輸入到計(jì)算機(jī)當(dāng)中，通過(guò)程序的命令進(jìn)行加工。

2. CNC processing. Is to input the program language into the computer and process it through the program command.

3、手工處理。cnc加工出來(lái)的樣品，或許會(huì)有毛刺、刀痕等，所以接下來(lái)需要手板師傅進(jìn)行去毛刺及打磨拋光等，這樣使得表面更多光滑美觀，也便于下一步的表面處理。

3. Manual processing. The samples processed by CNC may have burrs, knife marks, etc., so it is necessary for the master to deburr, polish, etc., so as to make the surface more smooth and beautiful, and facilitate the next surface treatment.

4、表面處理。表面處理師傅會(huì)根據(jù)客戶提供過(guò)來(lái)程圖紙清單進(jìn)行表面處理，終加工成客戶想要的效果。常見(jiàn)的表面處理工藝有噴漆，電鍍，絲印，鐳雕，陽(yáng)氧化，拉絲處理等方式。

4. Surface treatment. The surface treatment master will carry out surface treatment according to the process drawing list provided by the customer, and finally process it to the effect desired by the customer. Common surface treatment processes include painting, electroplating, silk screen printing, radium carving, anodizing, wire drawing and so on.

5、組裝。在對(duì)手板進(jìn)行處理好了以后就需要進(jìn)行裝配以及數(shù)據(jù)的檢測(cè)工作了，不過(guò)在進(jìn)行表層處理之前，一般也是要行試組裝的工作，保證設(shè)備的性能。

5. Assembly. After the hand board is processed, it is necessary to carry out assembly and data detection. However, before surface treatment, it is generally necessary to carry out trial assembly to ensure the performance of the equipment.

6、包裝。在產(chǎn)品加工完成了以后，就要進(jìn)行質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)工作，然后對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行包裝工作。
