(1)三維模型建立。
(1) 3D model establishment.
快速成型是快速成型系統(tǒng)的輔助軟件中將產(chǎn)品或零件的三維模型進(jìn)行切片處理,所以三維模型的建立關(guān)重要,是快速成型制造的基礎(chǔ)。三維模型的建立是將產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)信息輸入到計(jì)算機(jī)中生成三維模型的過程。

快速成型系統(tǒng)無法直接識(shí)別零件的三維模型,在使用快速成型系統(tǒng)加工零件時(shí)須將三維模型進(jìn)行相關(guān)的處理。目前常見的三維模型近似處理方法是用一系列的小三角形平面來逼近自由曲面。

快速成型制造是根據(jù)零件的截面輪廓進(jìn)行堆積疊加,在進(jìn)行快速加工前須從近似處理后的三維模型上沿設(shè)定的成型高度方向,每隔一定的間隔高度進(jìn)行切片處理,提取零件的截面輪廓,這個(gè)過程即為切片處理。
